It's easy to see why this restaurant received 3 Michelin Stars! course went for the tasting menu and I highly recommend it even if some of the things dont sound like they are to your taste - for example I dont like wasabi, aubergine or oyster and I was served all three at some point during my seven courses and LOVED every second of it. This place is a little pricey but you do get the proper coffee experience its like an art form here the measure the amount weigh it as they pour etc etc its an exact science here, Be aware of you ask for any other kill they will charge you 2,5 extra without even mention it, never seen it before.
